Renewal of the MTA CSFK GGI office building in Sopron

Principal: Research Centre for Astronomy and Geoscience of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences
Project: Complete interior demolition (partition walls, building services, electrics, coverings) of an old four-storey building.
Completely new building technology with fan coil heating / cooling was installed, and the old gas boiler with radiators also remains in use.
The high and low current system was completely rebuilt.
The interior walls are made with plaster boards system and the ceiling is also made of plaster board cassettes. A laminate floor was laid in the offices and PVC flooring in the hallways and corridors.
The roof has received new thermal insulation and PVC insulation.
A new elevator was also installed.
A tea kitchen has been set up on all floors, the server room is on the top floor and has its own cooling system.
